Gerald Sensabaugh, Jacksonville's starting strong safety, will miss the rest of the season because of a shoulder injury suffered against Atlanta last Sunday. With the third-year veteran out, the Jaguars re-signed safety Jamaal Fudge. Veteran Sammy Knight, signed late in camp, is expected to start at strong safety now.

Commentary: The Jags are running thin on the back end. They let both starting safeties - Deon Grant and Donovin Darius - go in the offseason as they chose to go young at the position with Sensabaugh and rookie free safety Reggie Nelson. Knight was once a great playmaker, but he is not the same guy at age 32.

Fantasy Football Impact: The Jags' defense, which ranked second overall last season, is currently 12th overall and second against the pass. If Knight can't handle the gig, those numbers will fall.
