It seems that I'm destined to reach double digits, but nothing more.

For the third time in three weeks, I picked 10 games correctly, upping my season record to 30-17. That means for every 10 games I forecast, close to 6½ will be correct.

With bye weeks beginning to kick in -- meaning two fewer games -- I'll be more than happy to reach 10 games for the fourth straight week. Though, with the way the NFL season is playing out, that's easier said than done.

Just like the last three weeks, each game is shown in blue, with the "bottom line" appearing just below and the final prediction in bold.

This week's bye teams are Jacksonville, New Orleans, Tennessee and Washington.

Houston Texans (2-1) at Atlanta Falcons (0-3)

After cornerback DeAngelo Hall serves his two-quarter suspension and returns to the field, the Texans' offense will essentially be playing 12-on-10 football. Houston takes one on the road, 24-13.

Baltimore Ravens (2-1) at Cleveland Browns (1-2)

If you have Jamal Lewis or Derek Anderson on your fantasy team, trade 'em while their stock is still somewhat high, because they're going nowhere but down from this point. Willis McGahee and the Ravens' 'D' trample the Browns, 28-9.

Oakland Raiders (1-2) at Miami Dolphins (0-3)

So Ted Ginn Jr. may turn out to be one of the biggest reaches NFL draft history, but, hey, they drafted the whole Ginn family with him, so it's all good. Raiders rush past the drowning Dolphins in 23-13 win.

Chicago Bears (1-2) at Detroit Lions (2-1)

The Bears may be starting their backup quarterback, but that's the worst news that the Lions could have heard. Brian Griese wins first start since Oct. 16, 2005, 17-16.

New York Jets (1-2) at Buffalo Bills (0-3)

Bills owner Ralph Wilson should start thinking about which player he'd like to take first in the 2008 draft; this team is flat-out ugly. Injury-ridden Bills nosedive again, lose 27-10 to Jets.

Green Bay Packers (3-0) at Minnesota Vikings (1-2)

Brett Favre is on pace to complete 64 percent of his passes this season; in 17 years in the NFL, he's done that only three times. Surprising Packers roll through Minnesota, 31-9.

St. Louis Rams (0-3) at Dallas Cowboys (3-0)

The Rams have been outscored by 36 points this year, and now their top offensive weapon, Steven Jackson, is out with a partial groin tear. Ouch. Cowboys stay undefeated in 30-16 win.

Pittsburgh Steelers (3-0) at Arizona Cardinals (1-2)

Willie Parker, the NFL's leading rusher, should have no problem against an Arizona 'D' that allows 4.0 yards per carry. Head coach Mike Tomlin, Steelers win again, 28-13.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1) at Carolina Panthers (2-1)

Backed by one of the best, defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin, the Bucs' 'D' allows just 12.3 points per game. Stingy Tampa Bay wins third straight, 19-14.

Seattle Seahawks (2-1) at San Francisco 49ers (2-1)

Seattle has scored 11 points more than the 49ers this season and has allowed 20 fewer points against, yet is still tied with them in the NFC West. Not for long: Seahawks take control of the division with 24-16 win.

Kansas City Chiefs (1-2) and San Diego Chargers (1-2)

Kansas City's horrible offense averages 8.7 points per game through three games; the Chiefs will be lucky to hit three wins this season with that type of productivity. Disappointing Chargers win an easy one, 24-9.

Denver Broncos (2-1) and Indianapolis Colts (3-0)

The Broncos are the only two-win team in the AFC to be outscored through three games this season. Colts show Denver what a real division winner looks like in 34-14 win.

Philadelphia Eagles (1-2) at New York Giants (1-2)

For some reason, I just can't see Kevin Curtis torching another team for 200-plus yards. Rebounding Giants sneak away with win number two, 21-20.

Monday night:

New England Patriots (3-0) at Cincinnati Bengals (1-2)

The Bengals currently rank 27th in pass defense, while the Patriots rank third in passing offense; that doesn't seem like much of a matchup. Brady-to-Moss proves to be too much for poorly ranked Bengals 'D', 30-20.

Last week's record: 10-6
Last week's closest predicted score: Indianapolis 30, Houston 17 (Actual: 30-24)

Season record: 30-17
