Every Friday during the 2007 NFL regular season, RealFootball365.com senior writer Anthony Carroll brings you his weekly "bottom line" predictions. This week's picks don't include Thursday night's matchup between the Chicago Bears and Washington Redskins.

Miami Dolphins (0-12) at Buffalo Bills (6-6)

At this point, picking against Miami is like picking for New England. Bills win, 20-6.

Dallas Cowboys (11-1) at Detroit Lions (6-6)

Jon Kitna needs a perfect four games to reach the 10 wins he anticipated. Unfortunately, Tony Romo is too good on the other side. Cowboys win on the road, 31-21.

Carolina Panthers (5-7) at Jacksonville Jaguars (8-4)

The Jags suffered a tough loss against Indy last week, but it's hard to fathom how the Panthers even have five wins this season. Jags get back on track, 28-16.

Oakland Raiders (4-8) at Green Bay Packers (10-2)

Oakland has won two straight, and is a surprisingly scary opponent here, but Green Bay should be able to keep the Raiders under control. Packers win, 24-20.

St. Louis Rams (3-9) at Cincinnati Bengals (4-8)

Marc Bulger has spent all week recovering from a concussion. Unfortunately, he'll still be playing behind the same offensive line. Bengals 23, Rams 20.

San Diego Chargers (7-5) at Tennessee Titans (7-5)

This is a huge matchup for both teams, but the Chargers are coming off two big wins in which LaDainian Tomlinson rushed for over 250 yards. L.T. and the Chargers keep rolling, 20-17.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (8-4) at Houston Texans (5-7)

The Bucs aren't an overly talented team, but they're well-coached, disciplined and don't make many mistakes. Gruden-led Buccaneers win, 30-19.

New York Giants (8-4) at Philadelphia Eagles (5-7)

The last time these two teams met, Donovan McNabb was sacked 12 times. I suspect it won't be nearly as bad this time, but McNabb won't be having much fun. Giants sweep season series with 24-16 win.

Arizona Cardinals (6-6) at Seattle Seahawks (8-4)

If Arizona wins this, it'll be just a game behind the lead in the NFC West. Unfortunately, Seattle has won four straight and doesn't appear ready to slow down anytime soon. Seahawks win ninth, 26-23.

Minnesota Vikings (6-6) at San Francisco 49ers (3-9)

Perfect timing here for the playoff-chasing Vikings, who should dominate San Francisco on the ground. Vikings 34, Niners 13.

Cleveland Browns (7-5) at New York Jets (3-9)

This is a must-win game for the Browns. Luckily, they play the Jets. Cleveland keeps playoff hopes alive and well, 34-14.

Kansas City Chiefs (4-8) at Denver Broncos (5-7)

I'm not sure which team is worse. I'll say the one that's not at home for this week. Broncos win, 17-14.

Pittsburgh Steelers (9-3) at New England Patriots (12-0)

If the Steelers were at home, playing on a snowy mud pit, I'd consider picking them, but New England is simply too good. Patriots stay undefeated, win 30-20.

Indianapolis Colts (10-2) at Baltimore Ravens (4-8)

If the Colts can't beat the Patriots, they'd better top the team the Patriots just beat. Colts win, 30-17.

New Orleans Saints (5-7) at Atlanta Falcons (3-9)

Quarterback Chris Redman has been out of the league the last three seasons; now, he's starting on ''Monday Night Football.'' Something isn't right. Saints win, 24-13.

Season Breakdown

Last week's record: 9-6
Last week's closest predicted score: Tampa Bay 27, New Orleans 23 (Actual: 27-23)

Best week: Week 5, 12-2
Worst week: Week 6, 6-7

SEASON RECORD (no Week 12 picks): 111-63 (63.8% correct)
