The Miami Dolphins come back after a short week. They lost to the Chicago Bears on Monday night. Gus Frerottte will get the start this time, with A.J. Feeley coming on in the 2nd quarter. The Miami Dolphins will be looking to improve on weaknesses in the offensive line, where they have been hit by injury and inconsistency. Rookie cornerback Travis Daniels has earned a starting spot for tonight's game. Nick Saban is also expected to add some wrinkles to his defensive alignment. We might even see some 3-4 looks.

This will be the opening game for the Jacksonville Jaguars. In order to work on the system that new offensive coordinator Carl Smith has installed, the starting offense will see more action tonight than the first team defense. Besides, Jacksonville's defense is one of the best in the league so they don't need much fine tuning. Running back Fred Taylor is still recovering from knee surgery, so he won't play tonight. His backup Chris Fuamatu-Ma'afala, is also nursing shoulder and leg problems and won't play. In their absence, Jacksonville Jaguar fans may get to see a lot of rookie RB Alvin Pearman, a 4th round pick out of Virginia.
