Buffalo Bills fans will get a good look at their new quarterback J.P. Losman tonight, as he should work into the 2nd quarter in this one. The offensive line will have to learn to protect quickly, especially on the inside where Guards Lawrence Smith and Ben Sobieski have been knocked out for the year with injuries. Veterans Kelly Holcomb and Shane Matthews will take over for J.P. Losman. On a side note, rookie wide out Roscoe Parrish had surgery on his wrist and will be out indefinitely.

The Indianapolis Colts return home after suffering a loss to the Atlanta Falcons in Japan's American Bowl. But, the bigger loss for Tony Dungy's squad is that they'll be without almost 25 % of their roster due to various injuries. The list includes seven defensive starters such as 2004 sack leader Dwight Freeney. They are also missing wide receiver Brandon Stokley who was injured in last weeks game. Payton Manning will see very limited action tonight. The Indianapolis Colts will not risk further injury to their starters so the first units will definitely see limited action.
