SAN FRANCISCO, CA - The San Francisco 49ers believe they have found an anchor for their offensive line. The Niners pinned their hopes on Jonas Jennings, signing the big tackle to a 7 year contract. Financial terms were not disclosed.

A 3rd round pick out of Georgia in 2001, Jennings made 12 starts for the Buffalo Bills during his rookie season. The 6' 3", 325 lbs. former All-Southeastern Conference first-team selection started 15 games in 2002 but was limited to 11 games the following season due to toe and hip flexor injuries. Last season, Jennings made 14 starts for the Bills.
