The Oklahoman is reporting that Oklahoma State wideout Damian Davis was arrested and charged with underage bar patronage, fake ID possession, presenting said ID to police and obstructing an investigation. The 18-year-old was taken in by police early Saturday.

Last season as a freshman, Davis caught two passes for 47 yards in nine games.

Coach Mike Gundy was on vacation and unable to comment.

COMMENTARY: Gundy should consider giving Davis a slap on the wrist at most. Should a second violation occur, then a stiffer penalty is warranted because Davis would then be a repeat offender.
