California DE Anderson commits to Oregon

Helix High (La Mesa, Calif.) weakside defensive end Anthony Anderson gave his solid verbal to the Oregon Ducks on Tuesday for the 2009 class.

The 6-foot-3, 224-pounder chose Oregon over Oregon State, UCLA, Washington, Washington State and Arizona State. John Neal is credited as the primary.

COMMENTARY: Solid pickup for the Ducks, who are slowly but surely getting commitments on the recruiting trail as of late.
