Wide receiver Bill Schroeder announced his retirement Thursday as a member of the Green Bay Packers.

He ended his career with 304 receptions for 4,583 yards and 28 touchdowns, the bulk of that coming with Green Bay. He also played with Detroit and Tampa Bay.

Commentary: He hasn't laced up his cleats since 2004, so most fans probably figured Schroeder retired a while ago. While it may not matter in comparison to another Packer who recently retired, the native Wisconsinite gets to end his career with his hometown team.

Fantasy Impact: None
