The Carolina Panthers will be forced to once again deal a season ending injury to one of their stars. Defensive tackle Kris Jenkins will miss the entire season after tearing his ACL in yesterday's loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Jenkins missed all but four games last year due to a shoulder injury. He was focused on returning to the dominance that he had attained in the '02 and '03 seasons, but instead will have to prepare himself for months of rehab.

Kris Jenkins is a five year veteran who has played his entire career for the Carolina Panthers. He collected 14 sacks in his first three NFL seasons, but has played a total of only five games in the past two years. Jenkins played his college ball at Maryland.
