Pats say Kaczur will remain with team

Offensive tackle Nick Kaczur will remain a New England Patriot despite being charged with drug possession.

Commentary: Kaczur was arrested in New York state on April 27 after police said a small amount of OxyContin was found in his truck. Interestingly, Kaczur then helped federal authorities catch the person who was allegedly supplying him with the drug.

The team, of course, had no comment on any disciplinary action that might be taken against Kaczur, indicating it was an internal matter.
