The Patriots released DB Willie Andrews on Tuesday after his second arrest of the offseason.

Andrews, a third-year player from Baylor, faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm for supposedly pointing a gun at the head of his fiancee. In February, he was arrested on a charge of marijuana possession.
