The New England Patriots have inked quarterback Tom Brady to a 6 year, $60 million contract. The contract includes a $14.5 million signing bonus.

Brady had 2 years remaining on his previous deal but now is signed through 2010. He is unbeaten in the playoffs with a 9-0 mark. Former Green Bay Packers QB Bart Starr is the only other signal caller to win nine consecutive postseason games.

The 6'4", 225 lbs. Brady completed 288 of 474 passes for 3,692 yards, with 28 touchdowns and 14 interceptions, in 16 games during 2004. His final passer rating for the season was 92.6

The Michigan product has gone 1,243-2,018 passes for 13,925 yards, 97 TDs and 52 INTs, for a 87.5 cumulitative passer rating in 64 games over 5 seasons.
