Stephon Morris commits to Penn State

Greenbelt, Md., cornerback Stephon Morris has verbally committed to play for the Penn State Nittany Lions in 2009.

Commentary: Morris is a 5-foot-8, 173-pound corner with 4.48 speed in the 40 and an impressive 37-inch vertical leap. As a junior last season, he managed 38 tackles, three interceptions, and four return touchdowns.

Morris took a trip to Happy Valley on Friday and was ready to commit the very next day.
