Defensive monster Richard Seyour has yet to report to the Oakland Raiders after being traded yesterday. Seymour, who had 8.0 sacks last year was dealt to the Raiders for one first round pick in the 2011 draft. One pick?!? That's all this guy was worth to the Pats? False. Now as a person who usually says suck it up and play, I am a little torn on this one. Here is a guy who was not just a role-player on a multi-championship team, but a pillar of a downright frightening defense. If he does not feel at the very least a little burned, he's a liar. To be an essential piece to a championship defense and wind up traded to one of the worst teams in the league, in the same conference no less, has to hurt a bit.

On the other side of the coin, however, it is a business after all. Seymour is still going to get paid. So as I said above, suck it up and play! Don't tarnish your very respectable reputation by pulling an Eli Manning.
