The Ravens signed fourth-round wide receiver Marcus Smith to a three-year deal, the team announced Friday. No financial terms were released. The Ravens have three of their 10 draft picks signed, including first-round quarterback Joe Flacco.

Rookies, quarterbacks and selected veterans report to Ravens camp July 21. The whole team reports July 23.
