Sherman Smith finally made up his mind -- deciding to reunite with former teammate Jim Zorn as offensive offensive coordinator of the Washington Redskins. Smith had been the running backs coach of the Tennessee Titans since 1995 -- and the team's assistant head coach for the last two years.

Commentary: Smith and Zorn played together for the expansion Seattle Seahawks in the 1970s. Smith takes the position that Zorn was hired for last month before owner Daniel Snyder offered the head-coaching job to Zorn. Zorn, who had been Seattle's quarterbacks coach for the past seven years, has said he will call the plays in Washington. It is the same setup Seattle has, in which coach Mike Holmgren calls the plays.

Fantasy Football Impact: The Redskins are going to the West Coast offense, which means yet another new scheme for quarterback Jason Campbell. Zorn has reiterated that Campbell is his starter and that he will personally tutor the three-year veteran. Expect another unproductive year out of Campbell as he learns the offense.
