Washington signed third-round OT Chad Rinehart to a four-year, $1.2 million deal with a $695,000 signing bonus, the team announced.

To make room for Rinehart, they released QB Sam Hollenbach, C Kyle DeVan and DE Tommy Davis.

The Redskins have five of their 10 draft picks under contract, none with their three second-rounders: WR Devin Thomas, TE Fred Davis and WR Malcolm Kelly.
