Washington signs one of three second-round picks

The Redskins signed second-round WR Malcolm Kelly to a four-year, $3.36 million deal Friday.

Kelly is the first of three second-round picks the team had in April's draft. TE Fred Davis and WR Devin Thomas -- the other second-rounders -- haven't signed yet, and the Redskins have six of their 10 choices now under contract.
