The Washington Redskins are seeking a highly motivated, dependable individual to join their Sales & Marketing department as a Ticket Sales Representative. This individual will provide assistance in all areas of Ticket Operations including account maintenance and customer service.


Job Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers on the phone and at ticket windows.
- Manages day-to-day season, playoff, and single game ticketing.
- Update customer service accounts on Archtics Ticketing System.
- Accounts maintenance for Redskin season ticket and waiting list accounts.
- General office duties.


Qualifications:

- College degree preferred.
- Experience with Archtics Ticketing System or other related Ticketing System preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Superior customer service skills inlcuding telephone and written communication skills are necessary.
