Seattle signed fifth-round draft choice Owen Schmitt to a four-year deal with a $158,000 signing bonus.

Schmitt is the third of six Seahawks draft picks to sign. Still unsigned are first-round DE Lawrence Jackson, second-round TE John Carlson and fourth-round DT Red Bryant.
