Steelers sign two draft picks

The Steelers signed third-round Bruce Davis, a linebacker from UCLA, and fifth-round selection Dennis Dixon, Oregon's ex-quarterback, the team announced.

Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports Davis' deal is worth $1.64 million over three years, including a $500,000 signing bonus. Dixon and the team agreed on a three-year deal that gives him a signing bonus of $130,000. They are the second and third Steelers draft picks to sign, joining fourth-rounder Tony Hills, an offensive tackle.
