HOUSTON, Texas - The Houston Texans signed unrestricted free agent linebacker Morlon Greenwood. Greenwood, who played his first four seasons with the Miami Dolphins as the strongside OLB, started 15 games last season and recorded a career-high 129 tackles. In 62 games, including 52 as a starter, he racked up 354 tackles.

A 3rd round draft pick out of Syracuse in 2001, Greenwood was born in Jamaica and did not begin playing football until his junior year at Freeport High School in New York. He went on to earn first-team All Big East honors in his junior and senior seasons with the Orange.
