Texans re-sign Bradford and Wells

The Houston Texans re-signed receiver Corey Bradford and running back Jonathan Wells to 1 year deals. Both players have been with the franchise since its inception in 2002.

The 6'1", 201 lbs. Bradford caught 27 passes for 399 yards and 3 touchdowns in 2004. He began his career with the Green Bay Packers in 1998. The speedy WR then signed as a free agent with Houston in 2002. In 7 years as a professional, he has recorded 167 receptions for 2,746 yards and 20 TDs.

The 6'1", 252 lbs. Wells ran 82 times for 299 yards and 3 TDs last year in a backup role. Since entering the league with the team 3 years ago, he has accumulated 842 yards and 6 TDs in 284 carries.
