The "experts" just whined and moaned for five minutes about the pick, but you know what, they do this every single year, and they might be right about half the time.

I remember back when the Bengals took Levi Jones, the left tackle out of Arizona State, Kiper and crew just went off on the selection, and said they should have taken Philip Buchanon, the cornerback from Miami. Jones is now one of the best left tackles in the NFL, and Buchanon is a journeyman corner who has been to several different teams.

The point is...no, I have no point. ESPN just aggravates me.

Houston takes Amobi Okoye, the 19-year-old defensive tackle from Louisville. This is the fourth time in as many years the Texans have taken a college defensive lineman in the first round. Jason Babin, Travis Johnson and Mario "Don't Call me Sam Bowie" Williams were the other three.

Why do I bring this up? Because Detroit is blasted every year for taking receivers, but Houston, a team with no offense, a team that allows something like 90 sacks a year, is never talked about in that way...they're just blasted for taking Williams over Bush.

Well now I'm bringing it up. Their offensive line is awful. They have an older running back who is on the downside of his career. They have the modern-day Scott Mitchell as their quarterback (though he could prove me wrong), and now they take another defensive lineman. The Texans are ridiculous.
