The Houston Texans are seeking Ticket Sales Representatives to work within their Sales & Marketing department.

EDUCATION: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university required; sports industry experience preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED: The successful candiate must be high-energy, self-motivated, organized and service-oriented with a strong desire to sell. Candidate must be willing to engage in a high volume of both telemarketing and outside sales, be proficient in Microsoft Office software, and possess general office skills.

BASIC FUNCTION: Sale of Permanent Seat Licenses (PSL), season tickets, hospitality packages, group and individual tickets to Texans events in Reliant Stadium and/or Reliant Park.

JOB FUNCTION (duties and responsibilities):
- Call on a list of potential buyers, by telephone, email or by face-to-face sales to sell ticket packages to Texans events
- Keep daily log of calls, and input information into database accordingly
- Maintain daily quota of calls set by Ticket Sales Manager
- Assist in the service of all PSL, season ticket and group customers
- Organize, prepare and manage hospitality venues on game day along with the ticket sales staff
- Other various tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Ticket Sales Manager or Vice President of Ticket Operations
