Titans’ Kearse arrested on charge of DUI

Tennessee Titans defensive end Jevon Kearse has been arrested and charged with driving under the influence. The arrest took place at a traffic stop near the Vanderbilt University campus.

Commentary: A Vanderbilt spokesman said that Kearse was stopped Sunday morning after campus police reported seeing his SUV weaving across the road.

Kearse did take a field sobriety test but refused a Breathalyzer. He was arrested and charged with DUI and violation of Tennessee's implied consent law for failing to take the Breathalyzer test.

The police let Kearse go later that morning.
