Titans sign seventh-round CB Williams

Tennessee signed cornerback Cary Williams, a seventh-round pick, to a multiyear deal, the Tennessean reported Friday.

The Titans open training camp July 25, and they have four picks left to sign -- first-round running back Chris Johnson, second-round defensive end Jason Jones, third-round tight end Craig Stevens and fourth-round defensive lineman William Hayes.
