Tennessee Titans first round draft pick Adam "Pacman" Jones surrendered to police following a night club altercation in Nashville, Tennessee. Jones was charged with vandalism and assault. Both charges are misdemeanors.

The owner of the nightclub, Robert Gatti, appeared in court early this morning to fill out a complaint against Jones. Gatti told the court that Pacman Jones grabbed his shirt and later struck him.

The 5'10'' Jones, who played his college ball for the West Virginia Mountaineers, was the first defensive player taken in April's NFL draft. The Tennessee Titans are counting on him to contribute immediately as a cornerback and a kick returner.
