Minnesota finalized a deal Friday that sent former first-round pick Troy Williamson to Jacksonville for a sixth-round pick in next year's draft. The speedy wide receiver was selected seventh overall out of South Carolina in 2005, but he has had significant trouble with dropped balls in the pros.

Williamson finishes as a Viking with only 79 catches for 1,067 yards and three touchdowns in three seasons.

Commentary: Last year, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported that an eye specialist had discovered differences in strength between Williamson's eyes, resulting in poor depth perception. Speed simply has not been enough for him to thrive in the NFL.

Fantasy Football Impact: Williamson will be used sparingly. He might pilfer some long balls from Reggie Williams, but his impact on the team will be minimal.
