Following the tide for many years, I can tell anyone else reading this, the tide defense will be strong again this year. Do not believe the magazines that they'll be down this year because they lost so many defenders. These guys mentioned in the article above played last year and played well. Greenwood is a stud, castille got beat a few times but was so young. The offense is way solid with the exception of bringing in a young QB in the SEC. Reports out of t-town are that JP is further ahead than Brodie is in regards to learning the offense because it's the only system in place during his time there whereas with Brodie he had to learn three in a row. The schedule is not easy, LSU, Tennessee, Florida, Arkansas all on the road and oh yea, Auburn which many have as being in the top 5 if not the top 2 by the time the iron bowl rolls around! Question marks abound but I'm confident in Kines and this defense.
