Being the Bears fan that I am, I am thrilled to see that we are keeping a decent player. Gould has a great record and seems to be staying strong still.

Gould has always been a good kicker, it's good for the Bears to get him back. It's hards to find someone who can kick with that wind and he has found a way to do so.
Although for fantasy, it doesn't really matter who your kicker is, there isn't much of a difference between the first ranked kicker and the last.
