The Bears signed DT Tommie Harris to a four-year, $40 million extension, keeping him in Chicago through 2012. The Bears defense will strive once again but that isn't the problem. With Rex Grossman at QB and Marty Booker and Brandon LLoyd at WR this team is going to struggle at best offensivley. Not to mention the RB problem which is probably the biggest questionmark.

The Bears open up the wallet for Harris, but why didn't they do the same with Fan Favorites like Brian Urlacher and Lance Briggs?? The Bears are a sub-500 team, a far drop from a Superbowl apperance a few years ago.
