A good signing by a desperate team. Kevin Jones is clearly a talented back, but his issues with injuries keep him from being a true starter. This would be a fantastic move for a team looking for a backup or second back, but since the release of Benson left them desperate they had to do something. Now they at least have some experience, and they just hope he can stay injury free and have another season like 2004.

Good for both sides, Jones and the Bears. I'm sure Kevin Jones wants to show other teams that he's got what it takes to be a solid back in the NFL and not just a player who's constantly hurt. Also the Bears, the more help on offense, the better.

They only spent 600,000 on him and he has the skills to be a good back so this could be a steal for the bears this yr while their division is up for grabs could be the factor that helps them win the division.
