Rex is good, yet he is shaken. A good leader has good followers, a good team rallies around their leader when he needs them to. A bond that can only be broken with doubt. Rex is the man, work with him!

the only thing grossman can do is jump up and down when he is comming back in and then throw a pass to the other teams guys.
