Answer to yesterdays 1991 pro bowl selections from Bills

Bennett, Kelly, Lofton, Reed, Richter, Talley, Tasker & Thomas.

Some one said yesterday that 10 players actually went to the pro bowl that year. The other 2 must have been replacements. Any one know who the other 2 were.

Its pretty cold here in Florida but I guess everywhere is cold this am.

I'm hoping we get a guy like Everette Brown in the draft or even Brian Orakpo if they switch places once the combine takes place. I think we are closer to building a shutdown defense than we are to an explosive offense. Unless we have the talent, specifically QB, for another no huddle K-Gun offense, the offensive equivalent of a defense that blitzes every down, we should go with what works in our climate.

A shutdown defense can get even better in inclement weather. It's a better compliment to the run oriented short ball control passing game that we are employing on offense than the "bend don't break." It doesn't matter if it's 90 degrees out or 9 below. Couple that with the best special teams in the NFL as far as drive start goes and we would be perfectly positioned to give an undertalented conservative offense every possible chance to get a field goal or the occasional TD every down.
