Buffalo Bills
The best-named Buffalo Bills draftee has been the most pleasant surprise. Ellis Lankster owns a Tom Wolfe novel’s protagonist-quality name, and the mellifluously designated 220th overall selection is already working to get it on the back of a pro jersey. The defensive back can make his play as memorable at his moniker by focusing on doing basic ...

The Bills really could use some defensive play-makers..game changers who can take away the ball. Interceptions, fumble recoveries, sacks...all to scarce over the last few seasons. Are the coaches teaching our small but quick and intelligent D players new strategies to increase their production of turnovers? Are they being encouraged to take some chances as opposed to just bending? Anybody else concerned that the Bills will get absolutely torched by Brady and friends Monday night at N.E.? I think we are going to field a lot of very young and unknown-talent players, adjusting to new positions, every week...Trial by fire. Who are the diamonds in the rough this year on this squad??

Great info from ,last night on the music recording. After reading about ipods and the fantastic way you guys record music I feel so neanderthal. I have been recording music since the 70's---vinyl to cassette (that was a pain in the ass), dual cassettes, cassette to cassette (easier)--then CD to cassette and finally CD to CD. I'll have to learn the new and improved technology---is there a book out ipods for dummies---ha ha!!!

Doomed---thanks for the tip on the Burdon's "Soul of a Man" I'll see if I can find it on Amazon or if you know of a site pass it on---thanks.

Mikey in Co---I'm not speaking for Amir but I'm positive he knows who Dave Mason is. I just picked up his greatest hits CD. His version of "Bring it on Home to Me" is my favorite and his version of "Along the Watch Tower" is excellent. I never cared for Traffic but I do enjoy his solo work. You must have done something outstanding to receive the Fender and the autographed Clapton CD---congrads!!!

Bbob8 & anello---What is mapleshade? If it has to do with music please pass it on.....

I broke my own rule and actually read past the first paragraph. I hate myself for it.

You know what would really be great, is if our 1st and 2nd round draft picks were playing above their draft position in off season work outs.
