Bills’ style of bad far better than Lions’ disastrous take

Buffalo Bills
Like all sports fans ever, Buffalo Bills backers can take solace in not getting gut-punched every single week last season like Detroit Lions adherents. Except maybe they can’t: At least Detroit never teased its followers with playoff dreams or an undefeated September. Lions fans were stuck in a rotten relationship, but their partner never ...

Well, you guys, the Heart Attack's "double bypass" was great! Yesterday must have been astro-cheeks day because the "nurses" wore lycra "shorts" closer to thongs. I guess other days are cleavage days, but I was more than OK. The big counter is cross shaped (about 30 feet by 30 feet), and the waitresses serve from inside of the cross. Their side of the counter is mirrored, so, no matter where you look, you just happen to see fine, firm cheeks and great legs. I think they may have been wearing some kind of shoes, but wouldn't swear to it. They have an ambulance parked in front. BTW, they also serve shots of tequila and Lucky Strikes. One twit ordered a quadruple bypass, which is four giant, greasy half pounders separated by cheese, served on a little bun. It's easily about 5-6 inches thick with meat. No stinking lettuce, or tomatoes or healthy crap like that. They put a hospital "gown" around him, and he had his gaggle of buddies take pictures of him holding and "mouth synching" the quad. Then he ate about four bites and asked for a doggie bag. Talk about a poser. The bunch of them looked like insurance adjusters, so it was no surprise. Manly me calmly ate the delicious entirety of my double. Simply excellent...

The lard-fried fries were disappointing: They were semi cold and literally oozing lard. Next time (if I survive) I'll skip the fries and have a triple quad.

My wife was appalled. She had a Power Bar and white tea while she was at her figure skating.

The Bills have had their own peaks and valleys thru-out their history---sad to say more valleys then peaks and unfortunately I've been privy to them all.

1967-1972---17-64-1 the only positive we drafted OJ.

1976-1978---10-34 positive Wilson hired Chuck Knox

1982--1986---20-53 you could see the walls crumbling when Knox left after the strike shortened season and Kay Stephenson took over---positive it ushered in the greatest era in Bills history with Polian, Levy, John Butler, AJ Smith, future HOFer's Bruce, Kelly, Thurman and Lofton (an the possibility of Reed, Tasker and Biscuit).

The last few years the Bills have flat lined or are in football purgatory---neither terrible or outstanding but always on the edge of being one or the other...

I'm trying to be optimistic---I might be optimistic----I will be optimistic!!!!!!!!!

Goose,
Chuck knox left at .500 or lower by 1 game. Why does everybody have such a high regard for that crum !?! He couldn't win when he had talent @ L.A. What was his forte anyway. '0', 'D', or STs !?!
