Bills are only good when Evans is

Buffalo Bills
Lee Evans has been a burger-flipping MBA for too long. The Buffalo Bills wide receiver has seen his potential wasted for years as a result of the poor situations created by his franchise. That was true on a game-by-game basis last season. When Evans did well, so did the squad; unfortunately, the more frequent inverse was also true. He can’t be...

It all comes down to the offensive line- can they give Trent enough time to get the ball down field, or will he be dumping it off to Josh or Fred as his outlet receivers. I think the line has potential with all of the new additions, but it will probably take until week 4-6 to gel into a cohesive unit.

I need some of that koolaid some of you were drinking yesterday.

I can be positive. I want to be positive. I will be positive...

Greg, I agree with you--it all comes down to the offensive line.

I also agree--it will probably take until week 4-6 to get into a cohesive unit. WEEK 4-6 2010!!!!! After the Bills find a real left tackle to replace Peters and a real center that can block.

I can see it now--First game Bills go no huddle with five receivers empty backfield, the Pats sent seven.
Trent finds Fred Jackson for a three yard gain but gets his head bounced off the turff by a LB who beats Walker like drum. TO goes nuts because he was single covered Juron looks out over the disaster with a blank stare.

The 13th draft pick goes to a fairly crappy team. The Bills were crappy in 2003, and have resolutely remained crappy since then. They have had choice first round picks for a decade, and haven't built anything with them.

What does this tell you about the front office and coaches? Where's the mystery?
