| Anello---the LSS testing sounds an awful lot like some of the pre- employment tests I've taken in the past. Some of the test were 3 hours long with multiple sections asking the same question in different manners and of course the always wonderful Wonderlic test, that tested how many questions you could answer correctly in 12 minutes on all different subjects. For anyone that has ever had to take these kind of tests they can be extremely brain draining. | ||

| Anello. You missed the real point of your article. Which would be easy to do given the quackery you had to sift through to make it. The point is Anello, you don't need that many words to get a point across. In this case, the real point is focus. A person will achieve what he is focused to do. A group of people will achieve what they are focused on...if they are focused on a single goal. I tell you what. If I own a team...and I want to win a superbowl...and that is my focus....I don't need no stinkin Shrink to make that known. Ralph's focus is somewhere else...which allows his players focus to be wherever the hell they want it to be. You have a focus..and you keep it...and you get rid of anyone that doesn't share it. Period. | ||
