I pay an insane amount of money to go watch the Bills at my favorite sports bar "Beef O Brady's". I could easily buy the NFL package but I would miss the camaraderie of sharing the highs and lows with other Bills fans. There are people I see only during the football season, don't know their names but every football season there we are high fiving and enjoying beers together.

There is clearly only one NY NFL team, despite what others might profess.

The bond that Bills fans share runs deep. The highest peaks and the lowest valleys... they bring us together each year in hopes of reaching the pinnacle. The hopes and dreams that someday....... Lucy will let us kick it through the uprights.... allowing us to bask in the glow of a Championship victory.

Living in Eastern NY, I get sick and tired of hearing only about the Giants, Jets, and Patriots. The TV coverage is usually one of those teams over the Bills games (unless of course the Bills are playing one of them), so that is why I got the Direct TV package.

I agree with you Goose about the local place that is the neighborhood bar. I have one of those about a 1/2 mile from my house, and it is so much better than the franchise places on the other side of town. I can get real wings there, Thursday is Beef on a Weck night. I may have to go tonight, my mouth is watering thinking about all you can eat beef on a weck...
