The title says it all. Makes no difference either way. This guy is not head coach material. Dick isn't even a decent defensive coordinator. He's a cheap placeholder. He's so indifferent, he doesn't even care one way or the other. Paycheck's the same. This is his last gig. The "Ralph Wilson Enterprise" is merely circling in a holding pattern...
