Ralph is the chicken, and everything else is just his chicken shit.

I always wonder what it really is. Is Ralph just a fucking idiot? At this point he has the cash, he could afford quality personel in the front office and on the sidelines. Is he really a total cheapskate, or is he just a fucking dumb ass? It's not like he isn't spending any money, it's amazing to me he can't identify talent with the budget he is willing to spend. There is probably a boat load of serious talent at OC and DC in the league who could build a great team and would be just fine with Dicks salary. But no, this genius picks Dick "my vagina's bleeding again" Jauron.

Has anyone in the media ever spoken about the truth on this? I mean those guys must know. Obviously they wouldn't blast it out as they would get black listed from covering the team, but some of them have to know the truth. I can't imagine someone hasn't written something on it in the past.

It comes down to two things. Either Ralph is just a skin flint who could give a shit about winning, or he's a fucking dumb ass.

Based on all the evidence, he's probably both.

Grant, that woulda a good article...

I heard somewhere that Ralph just doesn't feel certain cogs are worth paying large amounts of money for. Coach is one, CB is another... So a bit of both, dumbass and cheap...probably more so dumbass, though.

Forget the CB's (which is stupid). But seriously, he doesn't see the coach as anything more than a cog who isn't worth paying big bucks? What a ficking idiotic concept. I am going to skimp on the guy who basically makes it all go!

Is it documented that he under pays at the HC position? But even then, fine, under pay. But find the young talent who is hungry for a chance, not some burned out loser who has some "experience" but no one else wants.

Maybe Williams and Mularky soured him on the young guns. But fuck, that's his fault, it was like what about a week into each one of those guys tenures and it was clear they were not ready.

What do they do on the interview? The guy who kisses his ass the best wins the job?
