| If you were hopeful, you weren't paying attention. The team lost 8 of 10 to finish the year last year. They dismantled a very bad offensive line and submitted 4 newbees. They did nothing to a really bad linebacking core. They kept a really bad game day coach. They drafted a first round noodnik. They drafted a safety in the second round, when they needed either a linebacker, a tight end, or tackle. Some of the moves they made, they had to...like Trading Peters, but their response to it was ridiculous. Again, the drafting of the two guards was SO SMART..that they almost got afraid of it. If they just believed in that line of thinking...and kept at it...they would have been fine. We wouldn't have won this year..but their would have been more promise. I don't think a one of us is upset with those two young kids. I think we are upset that we have 3 yo-yo's playing tackle and tight end. And don't get me wrong, I know Butler and Shouman are hurt...but does anyone really believe those guys are an answer? The problem is people actually believing players like that, and Paul Posluzny and Kiwalka Mitchell, are actually players. | ||

| It's amazing that the pride of this team, Special Teams, has been the demise of this team in 2 games. McDonald's (Little Mac) fumble on the kickoff in the Patriots game and now Roscoe's fumble have caused both of those losses. I am not saying the Bills have any chance, but at least things would have been more positive. Trent looked very JPish at the end of the game. I still think they will draft after Oakland, Tampa, St Louis and maybe Cleveland & KC. KC almost beat Dallas, even though that is not saying much (sorry Cowgirl), but at least they look better than the Bills at this point. And with all the injuries, not sure how much they can do with that situation. | ||

| Greg. Special Teams doesn't have the same players it had last year or the year before that. The problem with the Bills is simple...They don't have the players. No Coach is going to turn this bunch of players into a Playoff Team. No coach. And that isn't an endorsement for Jauron. Between injuries and team personnell development the team is full of not good enough players. The number one priority has to be GM. It has to be. It's not a matter of calling different plays, it's not a matter of substitution...it's a matter of getting capable guys. They don't have them. | ||
