I'm with you on much of this. The Bills players claim to work hard for DJ and they have great practices according to Trance (too funny really). But when they take the field on Sunday they are generally outclassed, players and coaches. The only real conclusion one can make is that we have a team with practically no talent. They can work their tails off all week against each other in practice, i.e. no-talent vs no-talent and claim to have a great practice and that they are prepared, but in the end they get exposed for what they are against talented teams. The Bills have, for all intent and purpose, no talent. And the guys at OBD for the last 10 years can take the blame. The players work hard, they study, they profess their love and respect for their "players" coach - but they have no talent to compete with the big boys. A washing machine works hard. That's what we have now, a team of washing machines that would be back-ups on most teams but start for us. I don't blame the players for this mess - like Achilles wrote, they are maxed out. Working hard is one thing, but working hard with a purpose and a plan and a strategy is another. The Bills have no plan thanks to OBD.
