| The Bills are not a very good team. The 3-4 record is about right for the talent level on the team- a horrible O-line, struggling QB, and average defense. Say what you want about Jauron but the team plays hard and never quits. Jauron's a good coach. From my view, he lets his coordinators do their job without micro-managing. Problem is, his offense is in disarray and he is directly responsible for choosing his staff, in this case Alex Van Pelt. So Jauron is to blame for the teams struggles for not having better assistant coaches since Jauron serves essentially as a caretaker. I'm confident he'll be fired by the end of the year, but nothing will change for the Bills unless they get a real GM and better talent evaluators. | ||

| Dick is a good coach because he does nothing except make bad decisions on Sundays? Other than sound like a knob at press conferences, of course...he does do that quite well. I wish I worked for you, ddd... BTW...his guys "play hard and never quit" because they know they have no business being on an NFL field. And the ones that do know Dick is a joke, but they're making the easiest money they'll ever make. Put up mediocre numbers and get superstar contracts (see Lee Evans...) | ||
