Buffalo Bills
As rookies and younger players are prone to making mistakes and learning as they go, the same can be said with new management, coaches, and coordinators. So far, new Buffalo Bills GM Doug Whaley, new Bills Head Coach Doug Marrone as well as new Bills Offensive Coordinator Nathaniel Hackett have all made mistakes in their early tenures. Doug...

Steve thanks again for yet another new article your contribution is greatly appreciated--:)

I don't really know what the Bills could have done about the QB situation, they did sign Kolb and unfortunately he was put on IR. They did trade for Lewis and at least he has been with the team since training camp. I don't know who else was out there and if they were any good they probably would be on a roster... Flynn just got cut but he is another that parlayed 1 good game into making millions...

So far, I like the direction that the team is going as they show fight even when things are going bad. The Jets game is a perfect example they were getting manhandled but continued to play hard and had a chance to win. Last years team would have given up an shrugged their shoulders... To me it looks like the players are buying into the new schemes and coaching staff not like the chaos that is going on here in Tampa... They still need more talent and another good draft to get over the hump. I finally see a ray of hope--:)

Thanks Goose!

In hindsight, letting go of Tavaris Jackson was a bad move because of the injuries to Kolb & Manuel. Teams usually go into training camp & preseason with 4 QB's on the roster, so hopefully Bills management/coaches have learned their lesson for next season.

While it sucks the Bills have lost games, like you said Goose, they have been in all games and have not given up. IMO, I think the Bills needs are: LG, another pass catching TE, a good pass rusher that can compliment Mario, and more depth.

Nice article Steve. At least the Bills show some competitive fire and promise, and the youth movement is showing results. They are in it every week so far. It's just the opposite for the Sabres. They are practically unwatchable. Regier and Pegula have simply gutted the team. I feel bad for Ott, Miller and Vanek. For all intent now it's just a player development organization, and the coach Rolston looks clueless at this level. Hockey Hell.
