Bills’ offense remains consistently inconsistent

Buffalo Bills
Is it good that the Bills were more dramatically uneven on offense against the Titans in the third game of the preseason? Their excessive fluctuation between super gains and long stretches of zero progress was nothing more than an exaggerated version of what went on in the first pair of tests. It's promising they're excelling intermittently, but...

Let,s see? The Bills Offense does not appear to be able to sustain a drive. The Bills defense cannot stop the run or pass. With the best player on the Bills being the Punter, let's ask Commissioner Goddell to change the rules to Punt ,Pass and Kick. That's the only way the team we have seen in the first three preseason games will avoid a 0 and 16 season.

losman better step up his game. everyone is sticking up for him and saying how much he's improving and learning the game and developing into a leader. im not realy seeing that. he can throw it deep but seems terrible at short and intermediate throws. well i guess as long as evans and price catch a couple of long bombs per game the bills have a shot at competing with anyone else.

I couldn't have said it better Anthony. Losman has shown that his accuracy, particularly in the middle of the field, is less than adequate. He can't seem to throw a screen pass and he doesn't "checkdown" to the other receivers because he is so zeroed in on Evans. As for the offensive line, Duke Preston's performance this preseason merits him a long look when it comes to Tuesday's cut down. Now to the defense. I hope the Jason Webster experiment is over. He has clearly been outplayed by Jabari Greer, who looks like the best CB on the team. Speaking of Tuesday's cutdown, why is Tim Anderson on the roster still? The Bills should seriously consider looking into Corey Simon, the Titans are. I hope they show a little better against the Lions this week and would play the starters a half with the exception of Evans. I would sit him so that Losman realize that he has other options on the field.
