What the Brownies need is an offensive coordinator. This individual has to understand... you Need to approach each & every situation with a 123 attitude from the conception to the reception of the play. Successful Offensive Coordinators understand to work in the NFL you Have 2 seconds tops to visualize and read & react to a teams modes of deception... & the biggest thing is getting the offense or defense to buy into the format the coordinator has envisioned, without that ability to sell it you end up with the way the Brownies play offense today... not enough urgency or desire to win instilled within the players from the coaches on hand.
