The Cleveland Browns have signed their third round pick, Charlie Frye. The former Akron Zips quarterback has signed a four-year deal. Frye was the fourth quarterback to be taken in this year's NFL draft after Alex Smith, Aaron Rogers, and Jason Campbell. Frye says that he has been a lifelong Browns fan and looks forward to joining the team....
